Simple pleasures are even easier to see when children are around. To see their faces light up at a new box of crayons or a piece of lace, or just finding a new type of Flower. If you have forgotten what pure delight looks like, spend time with a child, play with a child...... you will remember by the look on their face.
This Lotus flower reminds me too of a magazine named "Victorian." The magazine was all about simple pleasures. Little girls in white lace dresses romping through the grass, handmade jars of jam, stick sweet home made bread......Love that....should have bought a farm perhaps.......
